Precautions for the use of industrial control board controllers

1. When adjusting the electric actuator, first check the phase sequence of the motor. When the drum key is operated, the output shaft of the actuator should rotate clockwise (viewed from above the output shaft). If not, the phase sequence can be changed at the power output.

2. Only after the "off" or "on" key is operated, the local operation panel key and the remote operation key can be reversely operated, and then the "stop" key can be operated. When the operation is in the close direction, the operation of the on key can neither stop the operation nor change to the open direction, nor can the operation of the open direction change.

3. The working current of the remote display indicator should be less than 30mA, and AD11 (24V) indicator can be selected.

4. After the local operation, if the function key is not switched to the "remote" state, or the power supply of the electric actuator is cut off and reconnected, it can be automatically switched to the "remote" state.

5. The valve indicating power is provided by LK, and LK can output 0~20mA signal or 4~20mA signal

6. If jog operation is required, H19 and H20 of xs1 cannot be short-circuited. After short circuit, in self-sustained working state

7. Select the 24-pin plug-in as the output plug-in. When the motor power is greater than 3KW, add XS2 plug-in. At this point, the power unit is connected to the plug-in

10. During remote operation, the dry contacts (H10, H11) of X12 are closed

11. When the position of the valve chamber is abnormal, the motor is overheated, the external fault is equal, the device stops working, and the JG dry contacts (H9, H12) are closed. The LK-2 control is suitable for opening and closing electric actuators. When the valve stops in the middle position, it belongs to the abnormal position. If the valve stops in the neutral position and is not in a fault state, short terminals 13 and 14 of X25 (or short the two red wires in the quad with the two red and two grey wires on the function board).

12. The normally open dry contacts (H5, H6) for closing the travel control switch (S13) and the normally open dry contacts (H17, h18) for disconnecting the travel switch S14 are available for users to choose.
